The Principals of Light & Raphael have over 45 years of experience in business brokerage, including buying, selling and owning companies of various sizes. Our firm has completed several hundred transactions over that time frame. In addition to Virginia, transactions have been consummated in multiple states along the East Coast. Transactions have ranged from various types of retail service establishments to those in manufacturing and heavy industry.
