Wyoming Oil Refinery $36m
The Facility was envisioned to process 2500 barrels per day B/D of crude oil into petroleum fractions. The facility is to process Uinta crude oil through a topping plant distillation column to produce petroleum products including a paraffin product (Business Purpose). Local crude oil into naphtha, kerosene, diesel fuel, and residuum (fuel oil).
The construction stopped in 2018 and is about 70% complete, with an estimate needed $20m+- to complete. The equipment appears to be in like-new condition.
The equipment present included:
Partially installed process equipment for a 2,500 B/D topping plant;
15 partially completed API 650 storage tanks;
A large amount of materials and equipment stored in the warehouse;
Raw piping was stored in outside locations;
Large concrete truck unloading pad;
Two retention ponds and a waste water pond;
Several metal buildings for warehouse, office and utility;
Four new rail spurs with two partially built loading racks;
Chain link fence system.
