June-August focuses on regular B&B tourism and getaways, so a nice full season and not just the summer months.
Cash flow is up to you, we have averaged $210-$250K in 5-6 months, but have found the income tax sweet spot to be around $210-$220K, where we have kept it the last couple years by working 4-5 months instead of 6. Potential to make much more if operated year-round are endless, and adjusting the business model to accommodate more getaways and regular tourism, or even weddings, would not be a problem.
