Podium Partners has been retained by a Vermont-based plastic bag manufacturing business that was founded in the late 1960s. Over the decades, the Company has developed a strong reputation in the Northeast region of the U.S. The business is owned 50/50 by two individuals who are looking to retire.
Due to the company`s long-standing relationships with small and large customers, the owners of the business have lived off of the asset comfortably for decades (as of 2023, the Company recorded $1.6 million in Revenue and approximately $350K in Sellers` Discretionary Earnings (SDE)).
In our view, this is an opportunity to acquire a small, but established business and do something more with it. We are currently looking for a buyer who can leverage the Company`s solid fundamentals and infrastructure and take the operations to the next level.
