The company has a core of several General Contractors, manufacturing facilities and developers that they do a lot of repeat business. A large percentage of this work is on a design/build basis and the contract amounts are often negotiated. The company is also active, in a limited basis, in the spec and bid market in certain types of projects. They perform some prevailing wage projects as well. They are selective in the type of work they get involved in with this segment.
