Company’s operating portfolio already generates positive cash flow and EBITDA. Future cash flows are secured with long-term power purchase agreements (PPA) with credit rated counterparties. Twenty shovel ready projects (30 million in capital) are in the pipeline.
Company employs a simple business model. It acquires solar projects at or near completion, structures commercial agreements such as PPAs, arranges financing, and manages the projects using internal oversight and third party contractors.
Projects are acquired from developers including Tesla, MHG Solar, and Plankton Energy, and power is sold to dedicated users including government entities, manufacturers, and power resellers.
