A family-owned and operated business since 2011.

Originally a "farm-to-bar" chocolate business, we have evolved into a comprehensive cacao-related business.

From our inception, we recognized the importance of using exceptionally high-quality, fine-flavored cacao.

We dedicated our business to buying from farmers whose growing practices matched our high standards

Long-standing relationships with heirloom cacao producers, coupled with top-of-the-line equipment like Selmi, has brought us success in both our branded and white label verticals, with room to expand further into cacao varieties and chocolate blends, hot cocoa formulations, nutritionally functional cacao markets, co-branding, corporate-gifting, and chocolate infusions.

With the explosion of craft chocolate and cocoa markets, private labeling is dominating our sales, so in 2018, we pivoted to support the demand, resulting in exponential growth. With this boom came a rise in opportunities to consult with new startups from concept to completion of cacao-related products.

Our sweet spot has been with non-chocolate companies looking to add or expand their existing product line with a high-end, white-labeled cacao product.

By providing full-service support, we charge a premium and secure our position as a long-term vendor for their repeat business.

Millcreek Cacao Roasters operates a lifestyle business made successful through customer referrals, a consistent book of business with our repeat customers, and a strong reputation within the industry for high-quality products.

Despite the minimal emphasis on marketing and ad spending, the Millcreek name is well known, and our legacy has a global reach.

With an infusion of marketing savvy, this turnkey opportunity can expeditiously launch a buyer into capitalizing on the rich opportunities in the rapidly growing specialty craft chocolate industry.

The factory has a large three-person office space. There are additional rooms that can be converted to office space as needed. Business Operation

Expansion Potential:

The bulk of the fine-flavored chocolate industry is still in its infancy. Dark Chocolate Market size was valued at USD 56.09 Billion in 2021 and is projected to reach USD 114.62 Billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 8.28% from 2022 to 2030. The business of chocolate can flourish when marketing efforts have been applied.

We have grown this company to the point that sustains comfortable earnings for our team. While that has served our needs, Millcreek has not been nurtured to reach its full potential. Marketing spending totals $2,500 annually. While we have existing social media platforms on Facebook, and Instagram, we rarely engage on social media. Our website is functional but not fully optimized for SEO and we are not providing additional media.
such as blogs, videos, or other shareable content. We have never attended trade shows, nor do we participate in many of the large fine food and chocolate industry events.

The growth opportunities are endless-E-commerce coffee and craft food companies are adding hot cocoa to their offerings to increase sales and add content-worthy, social media-friendly products to their line-up. The nutritionally fortified functional chocolate industry is the next big surge in growth potential for chocolate makers. Products such as CBD and herb-infused chocolate, keto-friendly snack options, and coffee alternatives such as mushroom and cacao drinks are surging in the alt-food and e-commerce spaces. Ceremonial cacao, the keto trend, and origin-specific food trends can all be capitalized on using
Millcreek’s existing manufacturing capabilities and rich supply chain line.

Opening the retail operation within the factory for tours, tastings, and other events may also provide an ancillary source of income. A sales force that includes brokers and distributors can greatly increase a retail presence.
