This business is an independently owned networking agency that works with both plaintiff and defense attorneys to locate expert witnesses for medical malpractice, product liability, personal injury, and other legal cases, including those outside the medical field.
The owner does not make financial or records arrangements between attorneys and the experts. Typically the attorney is provided 2 or 3 referrals per case. This allows the attorney to interview the experts and hire them. If the referrals are not satisfactory, additional referrals are made. It has been in business since its establishment in 1986 to ensure attorneys have access to medical professionals rather than “hired guns” to serve as expert witnesses.
