The Company operates three mental health clinics. The Company is staffed by psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), psychiatric physician assistants (PPAs), and counselors specializing in medication management, TMS, ketamine therapy, geriatric care, and counseling. Services are provided on an outpatient basis and include patients with ADHD, Autism, Depression, and Schizophrenia. Services are provided on an outpatient basis either in its clinics or a referring facility (e.g., long-term care). The Company serves individuals who need mental healthcare including patients with ADHD, Autism, Depression, and Schizophrenia.

• Superior Name and Reputation: Founded in 2022 through the acquisition of an existing practice, the Company operates a well-established and highly regarded multi-location outpatient mental health clinic. The Company has skilled and caring employees, a client-focused approach, and an excellent reputation for experience and level of care, which has built a high referral rate.
• Historical Revenue Growth: Revenue grew at a 6% CAGR between 2022 and 2024, with 19% growth expected in 2025.
• Strong Referral Relationships: Revenue is the result of the Company’s established reputation in the areas in which it operates. Medical providers, long-term care facilities, hospitals, an Airforce Base, and others refer patients and clients to the Company’s practice because they trust in its ability to provide care.
• Credentials and Contracts: The Company is contracted and credentialed with major third-party payors and has contracts to provide exclusive behavioral health services at nearly two dozen long-term care centers and group homes.
• HRSA Certified: Both of the Company’s facilities are HRSA (Health Resources and Services
Administration) certified, meaning its providers qualify for the National Health Services Corp. Student Loan Repayment Plan. They can be awarded up to $25,000 per year of tax-exempt income.
