Our primary business is Virtual care, online doctor consultations, lab testing, and e-prescriptions, all streamlined into a highly convenient mobile application. In the age of convenience, medicine is quickly becoming digitized and it is estimated nearly 80% of Urgent Care visits ($46B Industry) can be completed remotely and online.

On the Patient mobile application, patients can login, fill out their information and pay to have a virtual consultation and automatically pair in real-time with a doctor within their state or jurisdiction without ever having to go into the doctors office. Consultations are quick, taking less than 15 minutes to complete. Features also include Home-Care visits, long-term care, and more. After a visit concludes, a patient can review a doctor with 1–5 stars, similar to how an Uber passenger can review a driver, giving your organization the capacity to see performance metrics for providers.
Each patient account can have 4 Family Profiles within the same subscription, allowing tailored personal care for each member of the household under one main-account and subscription, similar to Amazon Prime. For instance, a parent can have 3 child profiles linked under the same account, switch profiles then see a doctor with that profile.
An important feature: We allow same-day delivery of prescribed medicine, fulfilled by our pharmacy partner closest to the patient. This means patients can take 15 minutes to see a doctor and have medicine delivered to their home within the next hour, without ever having to leave their home.

On the Doctors application, Doctors can login and go "online" to see patients, in the same way an Uber driver can login and begin taking rides. After or during a visit, a doctor can prescribe medicine, order lab tests, write a doctor note for work or school, view the patient file and previous visits, check health history, and more.

Admin panel features:
-Streamlined and easy Admin Panel with internal features for staff and employees with visibly nice aesthetic and button icons for each feature, similar to a mobile app but on a web interface.
-4 tiers of access, with different permissions able to be assigned. For instance, customer service agents can be assigned and granted permission to respond to support tickets. Special staff can be assigned to approve or deny doctor applications. Others can be assigned to ban users or doctors from the platform or revoke access. Others can use the lookup tool for customer service needs or update patient account information, such as emails or phone numbers for support staff related tasks.

We envision the future where all doctor offices enable our software to accept "walk-in" visits virtually, in the same way patients can walk into their offices physically.
Revenue Capture:
Company revenue is derived by taking a set percentage from each visit, or a flat fee. Either can be set by the owners.
We hold special exemption from payment processor Stripe to allow POS sales and accept credit cards worldwide for telemedicine services, allowing streamlined global expansion of the applications in multiple jurisdictions and countries.
Additionally, chronic-care recurring patients can subscribe on a monthly plan for lower doctor visit rates for a set subscription fee per month, already built into the apps.
Corporate Structure:
Our C-Corporation is located in Delaware, United States, and our IP is held in a Puerto Rico subsidiary LLC, which holds a special tax incentive decree with a rate of 4%.
We spent the last four years in development with our engineers creating a sophisticated code base and set of mobile applications, and it is time for a larger and more resourced entity to take the reins and deploy our technology internationally. 2 main developers can onboard the new ownership team, or you can keep them onboard at a set salary.
