The most sig opportunity for this business is a owner/operator who is on-site for a standard work week (M-F). Currently I am an absentee owner who is paying a weekday and weekend/bridge manager to run most of the business. There is huge potential to scale up the programming at the center and an appetite in the community for more programs at schools and recreation centers. With a focused operator on site, this would be much easier to accomplish, lifting sales by 20-30% easily and reducing payroll by 40% by having the owner manage more of the business.
