We put granules back onto asphalt shingles surface with specialized equipment which essentially creates a resurfaced bonded roof that is stronger than a new roof. This saves our customers money, takes less time to complete a job, leaves a much cleaner job site and is much more environmentally friendly because we are not filling up landfills. Financially, we save our customer 50% or more compared to a new roof.
Included in this sale is all our methods, processes, labor methods, patented products, advertising methods and FF&E including our proprietary application equipment. Also, we have developed a short-term transition plan for the new owner as well as ongoing training support as needed. You do not need to be a roofer to own this company. In addition, we have established relationships with finance companies that will finance customer jobs. All of this will be transferred to the new owner.
