Due to personal health issues that I recently developed, I am selling my business; and, it will make the right person a very happy owner.
I can sell the business at a very, very reasonable price because... I've built this business over 6 years, out of my own pocket. There are no mortgages, business loans, other loans, or partners. The vehicles and equipment are owned outright; the filter systems, stock, and bottles are owned outright. And, I have an existing long-term lease; that is at an unbelievably cheap rate; and, is transferable to you (if you have good credit, credentials, and references).
The business comes with many (very happy) existing customers, on existing routes. And, I will sign a legally binding agreement that forbids me from doing business in this industry.
This Company produces, bottles, and distributes high quality drinking water in 3 and 5 Gallon water bottles. We deliver to residential, as well as shops, offices, and businesses of all types.
And, we have a well-established retail business. We are on the shelf in 4 different local grocery and retail stores.
The business holds it's own now. But, with a little investment in more equipment and stock, and an owner with the energy I used to have, you could make $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 a year, and only work 20 to 30 hours a week.
I have loads of information that I'd love to share with credible and interested, potential buyers. If you are credible, and interested... Understand, it will take a few conversations, the sharing of data, past and current numbers, future projections and local population, inventory supply, etc... etc... etc...
