Note: The warehouse is a unit that is part of a larger warehouse with a couple of other tenants(Plumbing outfit, Dog groomers, a small group of individual race car enthusiasts). The sign is a shared monument roadside sign but we ran electricity to the sign directly from our unit so our portion of the sign is the only lit up section.
