It produces commercials, branded content, documentaries, training/sales films and social media for clients including Disney, Nat Geo, MTV, ESPN, The Players Tribune, Bleacher Report, Fortune 100 companies (Pfizer, Chase, Comcast, Travelers, P&G, Pepsi)
In addition to the base price, a buyer will be expected to pay an earnout to the Seller to be negotiated based upon future performance.
