This territory includes some of the most desirable areas of Morris, Essex, Somerset and other nearby counties which have strong household incomes as well as high population density. High population growth means higher revenue from Our Town clients, since they mail more when there are more movers.
Though not required, Our franchisees have the ability to hire salespersons and with the current size of this territory it would support that opportunity if the new owner would choose to do so. With thousands of retailers and other potential clients in the densely populated market, there is potential for significant growth.
In addition, the franchisor offers significant additional support services including a corporate appointment setting team to schedule appointments with local business owners. This very valuable, unique support service helps generate more appointments to close more sales. A sponsor services support team is available to handle almost all client support after the sale is made, again enabling the owner(s) to focus their time on generating new business.
