Our labor model is unique. We contract 1099 associates who are trained, background checked and certified in the proper protocol to conduct compliant testing. Because of our fees and mileage reimbursements schedules, we attract and retain high caliber associates. Our labor model we have developed is a significant contributor to our success in finding, retaining and professionally servicing our customers.
We are profitable! Our business structure affords low overhead expenses, and low COGS which all flow to a very healthy bottom line. The asking price in relation to cash flow may seem out of balance. This is one of the unique successes we have achieved in our business.
Included in this sale are all processes, systems, lab contracts, customer accounts, national accounts, CRM, websites and contracted 1099 associates. We also have established processes to find and attract new customers and 1099 associates. We have in place a short-term transition plan along with training and ongoing support as needed. As new testing regulations come into the market and/or are mandated by a regulatory body, we have systems and processes in place that will also be transferred to the new owner.
