Freestanding Franchise Pizza in Central Illinois opened in October of 2016. A dine-in, pick-up and delivery restaurant. This restaurant serves the 7,000 local residents, but also surrounding communities – total trade area of around 50,000. The restaurant is located directly off main North and South Interstate that's runs through Illinois. Located in between two hotels, there is a steady flow of transient business.
The menu offerings include Deep Dish Pizza, Pastas, Salads and Appetizers. Second to none! The restaurant offers dine in and a bar. Delivery and Pick-Up services are growing daily.
The restaurant also includes a Gaming Room. Video Poker games contribute thousands of extra revenue with little or no maintenance.
The operations team consists of approximately 25 employees. General Manager, Back of House Manager and Front of House Manager and a 20 crew members.
