The seller has additional pool routes available and is offering 100 pool contracts for sale but will continue in the industry. The customers have been with the business for as long as 6 years in some cases. Seller will sign a 5 year non-compete for all of the pools being sold and will provide the buyer with 2 weeks of training to ensure a smooth handover of the 100 customers.
The figures provided are an estimate based on the financials involved in servicing a pool route of this size. A CPO license is required but this can be easily obtained via the completion of a two day course. Would work as a standalone business or as an add-on to an existing pool company.
