We have a 23-year history of providing sentencing alternative programs for adult and juvenile offenders. Our programs can be specifically detailed to the needs of the community and Court system. Sales were inflated in 2020 – 2021 due to covid, the courts suspended urine testing, leading to temporary larger sales of Drug patches and SCRAM. In late 2022 the company decided to get out of the GPS monitoring Business which will result in approximately 30% decrees in sales while achieving a decrease of 42% on the expense side, as expressed in the 2023 Proforma.
