Our services are mandated or regulated by law in many cases and are a requirement of employment for compliance and insurance purposes or mandated by a court. We provide Drug Testing, DNA Testing and Background Checks. We are established with multiple labs and have multiple national accounts.
In many cases our services are regulation driven, not discretionary, which contributes to our loyal customer base and excellent financial results. Two key differences are our mobile capabilities and our 24-hour services. We conduct testing when and where people need to be met. This may be in our office, or it may be meeting someone when and where they are available away from our office, regardless of what time of the day or night.
Our labor model is extremely efficient. We use contracted 1099 labor. All our contract labor is drug-tested, background checked, certified and trained. Because of our labor rates and mileage reimbursements, we attract and retain the best associates in the market.
Our customers love us and stick with us. This creates excellent recurring revenue. We make our customers’ jobs easier, make them look good and solve an essential and in many cases mandated part of what they do. Our financial results are exceptional! Our overhead expenses and COGS are very low. It is not uncommon for us to see net profits in the low 40%.
The asking price in relation to cash flow may seem out of balance. This is one of the unique successes we have achieved in our business.
Included in this sale are all processes, systems, lab contracts, customer accounts, national accounts, CRM, websites and contracted 1099 associates. We also have established processes to find and attract new customers and 1099 associates. We have in place a short-term transition plan along with ongoing training and support as needed. As new testing regulations come into the market and/or are mandated by a regulatory body, we have systems and processes in place that will also be transferred to the new owner.
