The concept of this retail store is primarily a retail “sleep” store which carries mattresses, pillows, accessories, massage chairs, and bedding (sheets and pillowcases). The company has achieved a 20.6% revenue increase thru Oct. of 2025. Their average ticket amount has increased by over $500 per transaction over the same period last year.
In January of this year the Company signed an exclusive contract with Avocado Mattresses to be one of only three companies in Houston allowed to sell their mattresses through a retail location. Avocado was recently rated the number one brand in spring mattresses in the United States. The company has since added Sealy, Sterns & Foster, Tempur-Pedic and WinkBed matrasses, adding to their expansion into high quality bedding and enhancing their ability to compete with other bedding retailers
The Company manages a wholesale distribution network, where they receive 10% of the cost of merchandise purchased by the network members. This fee is received as a credit to the company store’s own purchases. With the recent change in retail dynamics because of the reduction in foreign goods, the Company's decision to add several high-quality mattress lines to its retail offering has worked tremendously well and has given the Company a tremendous revenue growth spurt.
