E-Mobility startup specializing in designing and manufacturing E-bikes and E-motorcycles is looking for competent co-owners to buy 80% equity in the business to help scale and pivot the business to DTC and Omni-channel space successfully.
Main owner is an industry veteran who used to work for the largest manufacturer in this space and bring significant leverage and support needed in terms of product development, global manufacturing and supply-chain.
Main owner will fully transition to CTO role (and also supply chain) and focus entirely on quickly developing new products, patent and technologies that consumer will rave about and bring game-changing products to market faster, while new co-owners will run other businesses and marketing aspects alongside.
Looking for competent new co-owners who are skilled and experienced in digital marketing, DTC and Omni-channel who can play a complementary and active role, not passive investors.
