Clinic #1 is in a highly transited city in the Bay area with the clinic treating 10-20 patients per day with a work week consisting of Monday to Saturday work hours with a payer mix of cash clients and insurance contracts in place. The existing referral sources will become available to the buyer as a part of the sale. The lease for this clinic is approximately $4,300 per month for a 1,100 square foot office space. Great location in upscale part of San Francisco with parking and easy public transportation access. *

Clinic #2 is in a quiet suburban city in the Bay Area with a database of approximately 7,000 patients. The clinic treats 10-20 patients daily with cash and insurance clients in place.
The lease for this clinic is approximately $3,500 per month for a 700 square foot office space, with plenty of parking. *

Transition. The Seller will be looking forward towards working with the buyer for 1-2 months during the transition which includes training in the various treatments being rendered and to the overall systems of the practice. *

Disorders. Some Disorders for which treatment is sought include many GI and metabolic disorders, chronic disorders such as diabetes, woman’s health issues such as endometriosis, and pediatric disorders such asthma or acne. *

Services.
