Watermark Restaurant has been an established upscale casual dining destination in downtown
Miamisburg for over six years. Voted as the Dayton area’s “Best Fine Dining” restaurant in 2017,
the restaurant has been regularly featured in many local publications, including two cover
stories in DAYTON Magazine, regular features on local television, etc. The classy décor is
regularly cited as a top “Date Night” destination, and Watermark has maintained a consistent

Backwater Voodoo is a Cajun & Creole restaurant with a Tiki cocktail program, which opened to

What's Included:
All contents, including, but not limited to, furniture, fixtures, equipment, etc. which are not the
property of the building owner; as well as all intellectual property, including, but not limited to,
websites, customer lists, goodwill, marketing research, sales figures, branding, logos, etc. Also
included will be any remaining alcohol, dry goods, supplies, etc. The estimated current value of all
furniture, fixtures, and equipment is over $100,000.
The current (and in good standing) D3 + D6 (Sunday) liquor license will be transferred to the
new owners upon completion of the sale. The businesses use a single liquor license and if the businesses are separated, the license will stay with Watermark.
