Since opening its doors in 2001, Lefty’s Pizza has established itself as a community staple in the Las Vegas Silverado area offering classic pizza and Italian-American fare! As a family-owned restaurant, Lefty’s uses only fresh ingredients in its hand-tossed dough, signature sauces, and generous toppings. Over more than two decades in business, this dedication to quality has helped cultivate a loyal customer base that appreciates both traditional favorites and creative specialty pizzas.
The buyer may continue operating under the existing Lefty’s name and concept or introduce a new concept of their choosing. The existing lease will be assigned to the buyer, subject to landlord approval.
The restaurant is thoughtfully configured into two distinct areas: a dedicated take-out section and a dine-in/lounge area designed for guests who wish to sit, relax, and enjoy food and beverages. The dine-in side also features a bar with counter seating, creating an inviting atmosphere for casual dining and socializing.
Lefty’s currently holds a Clark County supper club license (non-transferable) and is equipped with four beer taps, supporting both on-premise consumption and bar service operations. Bar top could allow for gaming machines!
