The price
Under licence agreement covering the global rights is 500000€ (five hundred thousand euros)

Or the partnership agreement
BFIN group is open to negotiations to form a partner and spin off the white label brand into a dedicated LTD company, of which this LTD will market and own the brand internationally. The amount for this investment can be negotiated to the % holding the partner wishes to take up. Meaning the value of 500000€ via transfer of the goodwill, market rights, including the products making up the white label packs, the back end coding, research and investment into the concept and products. The new partner can take up the % required and manage the company in parallel with the Bfin group, 2 directors.
BFIN Group will continue to provide support, server management, products, products updates, new product development, maintenance and support to licensee

It is suggested your cost is 15% of retail price plus 3% on sales, markup 100% to white label client at 35% of retail price, thus allowing facilitation of the user to gross marge of 65%
