The current owners are the 4th generation owners and have worked for the company over 40 years. They are located in the Western suburbs of Chicago. This suburban contracting business specializes in HVAC installations, repairs & maintenance for both residential & light commercial buildings. All types of heating and cooling systems are included in their business scheme. They also provide plumbing repairs and installations including, boilers, conventional water heaters, tankless water heaters, infloor heating, water filtration and other general plumbing services. Electrical work is provided and included in all of their job proposals. They do about $500,000 in sales annually. Almost all of the work generated comes from the long list of longtime customers and word of mouth from satisfied customers. Because the customers are longtime loyal customer the company does not have many service agreements. As it stands now, the business has a large data base of over 6,000 names of customers. Four generations of the same family they have established a great reputation in their marketplace. Several sizes of pipe benders up to 1¼”, a Greenlee fishing pole wire puller, a Greenlee vacuum string pulling tool. 4 – small job site heaters. An assortment of Rigid pipe wrenches from 10” up to 48” aluminum and steel. The inventory includes Bradford White water heaters and repair parts, AC installation components, copper pipe and fittings, PVC pipe and fittings, black steel pipe and fittings, galvanized steel pipe and fittings, well pumps 1 ea. ½ hp to 11/2 hp, well pump cable, ½” to 2” conduit, all sizes and types of electric wire, boxes and fittings, Navien tankless water heater repair parts, CSI water softener and iron filter parts, Lennox, Amana, Ruud, Carrier and other brand repairs parts. Also included is a wide variety of nuts, bolts and other hardware items to numerous to mention.
The business currently rents a storage space (approximately 6,000 Sq ft) adjacent to the business for $1,000/month. They rent the space on a month to month basis, so the new owner could terminate the lease with a proper notice. The current owner's business licenses include a State of Illinois Contractors license, a State of Illinois Plumbing Contractors License, a State of Illinois Pump Installers license and a State of Illinois Cross Connection Device inspector’s license. The business also hold Bonds with all of the surrounding Municipalities where required.
There are 2 Leases $1,000.00 per month for warehouse / storage and $2,500.00 per month for the main office building which has showroom / retail space. Leases are annual renewal but can be opted out of with proper notice.
