Preference Shares
Guarantied at 2%, 2.5% and 3% per year as follows
2 year preference share at 2% per year, capital guaranteed and paid at the end of term, interest paid yearly.
5 year preference share at 2.5% per year, same conditions with 5 year term
10 year preference share at 3% per year, same conditions with 10 year term
Preference shares can be converted prior to exchange listing on request
