Investment Summary: The terminal integrates a marine and rail delivery system that will service the Midwest region of the United States by providing a direct intermodal connection to ocean service lines for trans-Pacific, trans-Atlantic, and the Gulf of Mexico regions. The terminal will provide a connection between ocean-going, Post Panamax class vessels and rail, inland water vessels, air cargo, and truck transport
Strategic anchor partners are in place. This includes land and water transportation companies and companies who will use the facilities for cargo management and storage. Money center banks have already committed to provide debt financing when the equity capital is raised.

Investment Sought: $30 million for 10% of the equity. This is the initial financing round.
