Strategic anchor partners are in place. This includes land and water transportation companies and companies who will use the facilities for cargo management and storage. Money center banks have already committed to provide debt financing when the equity capital is raised.

Investment Structure: U.S. privately held corporation.

Investment Sought: $30 million for 10% of the equity. This is the initial financing round.

 Intermodal rail terminal and connector rail extension.
 Container terminal with global anchor steamship line and operator.
