- Lots of growth potential! owner refuses a lot of condos, additions for homes, etc because she does not have the time or the capital
- Business comes with 2 employees (husband and wife will be leaving):
Receptionist: sales, permits, emails, appointments, etc
Laborer: Does demo, finish, drywall, and repairs
Subcontractors: 10 total (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, other)
- Mostly advertising and some referral business
- Business is closed on the weekends so that could increase revenue
- Average 1-3 jobs per week at an average ticket price of 10K–20K. There are no small handyman jobs.
- The qualifier stays with the company and is paid $2500 a month. (If someone is already a GC, then $30,000 can be added back as net profit.)
- A company van, 1 enclosed trailer, dump trailer, and 2K–5K in tools come with the sale
- There is no space for rent with the business. I would need to factor in rent if the buyer doesn't already have a space.
- Cannot use SBA because the price does not reach their minimum, but I may have an option for other lenders if needed
