Established, fully remote short-term and mid-term rental management company serving South Florida. Founded in 2015, the business manages approximately nine active listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and Expedia.
Operations are supported by AI-enabled automation covering pricing, guest communication, booking coordination, housekeeping, owner reporting and vendor management. The company has a 4.8-star guest rating, more than 600 reviews, recurring management revenue, a diversified property-owner base and a lean team of three part-time contractors.
The owner works approximately one hour per week. Significant growth opportunities exist through digital marketing, geographic expansion and acquisition of additional management portfolios. Relocatable and operated without leased premises. Seller will provide two weeks of training at no cost.
The company could see significant scale quickly by plugging into a preexisting short-term rental portfolio, or pre-existing management operation, which would also benefit from streamlined operations and tech-enabled services.
