The Company is a Full-Service Gym and Personal Training facility in South Dayton. They are large enough to offer a wide variety of strength training equipment and group classes but small enough to offer personalized training programs and membership camaraderie.
The owners see great potential for a new buyer to grow the business back into a fully-staffed personal training facility and membership gym. After March 2020, when the governor required that they close for a period of time, they reopened and ran the business with just the two owners/managers. Southside was unable to recruit qualified trainers who matched the owner’s qualifications, work ethic, and clientele.
The owners were also not interested in having new gym members other than the ones we already had. They have been able to maintain their business and revenue stream, just not at the volume they had in the first 15 years of the business.
