You will undertake a comprehensive training program at our head office covering all aspects required to run your Tea Rooms whether you have ever baked, made Tea before or not.

What we want from you:

You will be passionate about consistently delivering an outstanding experience to your guests, embrace the culture of Tea and Englishness, ensuring the authenticity of the business model is consistently demonstrated.

You need not have previous experience in the food and beverage industry as full training and support is provided, however you will posses the passion required to ensure your location is a success!
