Initial training is five days at the Florida headquarters and includes two days of classroom training, two days of equipment and recipe training, and one day of DonutNV LIVE, a real-world stress test event where franchisees set up, serve real guests, and break down with the team on site.

DonutNV provides redundancy and warranty coverage to keep units operating, including two donut machines per franchisee so one can serve as a backup.
