If you’re considering a franchise, you might want to consider the views of people who have already invested in the franchise before looking at anything else. There’s an elite club of franchises who have been rated 5-Star for Franchisee Satisfaction every year from 2013 to 2020 – ActionCOACH, Puddle Ducks, Right at Home and TaxAssist. However, there’s only one franchise that can also say they have been in the top 10 of the Elite Franchise Top 100 league table since the ranking began in 2018.

The latest results are out from WorkBuzz, who have been gathering objective and anonymous feedback from franchisees across 100 franchise brands for their annual Franchisee Satisfaction Benchmark Survey. For an incredible 9th consecutive year, ActionCOACH franchise partners have rated their franchise above average in every category from rewards to support in WorkBuzz's anonymous survey of ActionCOACH’s 200+ UK Franchise Partners.

ActionCOACH’s culture of teamwork was evidenced once again as their franchise partners rated them 94% for peer support. Alongside this, ActionCOACH received a 95% score on their products and services, demonstrating the range of options for business owners to engage with the brand, from the low-level investment of a monthly BusinessCLUB to ActionCOACH’s flagship one-to-one mentoring offering guaranteed profit growth to UK business owners.  

The latest honour means ActionCOACH remains the only franchise to be rated in the Elite Franchise Top 10 UK franchises and to have achieved UK 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction status every year since those honours began.  

The Elite Franchise 100 recognises the franchise industry's brightest businesses and ranks them according to a broad range of criteria including financial performance, growth, the support they offer franchisees, heritage in the industry, their contribution to the community and the way they embrace innovation. Ranking applicants from 100 to one, the Elite guide defines the best opportunities in the UK, whether they’re a flourishing franchise at the top of their game or a budding business making its first inroads into franchising.
