Our client, a US premier low-cost carrier, we are seeking strategic partners to invest in the company, in return for a private placement of new shares offering gross proceeds of up to USD $50 million.

Client Description - Our client is a recognized FAA Part 121 operator, committed to offering affordable and convenient travel options for both leisure and business travelers. The airline prioritises establishing direct connections between an under-served market in the US and key destinations in Asia and North America.

​Location - Northern USA.

Fleet - Its current fleet consists of 4 Boeing narrow-body aircraft, with plans to expand to 15 aircraft by 2028.

Investment Needed - Seeking gross proceeds of up to USD $50 million.

Pre-commitments - USD $10 million, plus USD $ 16 million in SAFE’s and Convertible Notes

Capital via - Private placement of new shares
