Semi-passive or full-time “hands-on” owner, Monday-Friday. Full offering of wood, steel, aluminum, and vinyl fencing and garden products for residential and commercial customers.
Additionally, new premium fence installations, fence staining, and other fence services and repairs. Call center in place, advanced technical business software system in place.
Customer demand exceeds supply, and there are no organized competitors in this market. The master partner will be responsible for selling new single territory units in the development territory, assisting new and existing franchisees with staff recruiting, training managers and team members, and providing ongoing support. The master partner is responsible for growing and supporting unit franchisees in the market.
Residual monthly revenue streams include:
franchise fees: 50%
financing of franchise contracts
administrating franchise notes
monthly royalties (50% share to master partner)
marketing fees
supplies and equipment leasing and sales
the master sells and supports individual unit franchisees (sub-franchisees).
The master is the owner and operator of their own regional company receiving extensive ongoing support and advanced training from the parent company. There is tremendous room for future growth. Full training and ongoing corporate support will be included.
