This commercial and industrial steel fabrication business started as a small ornamental iron fabricator by two founding partners in 1952. Over the next several decades, they acquired more equipment and facilities, growing to over 60,000 square feet today. They have completed projects throughout the Western United States.
The current owner is ready to retire and sell the business. The sale includes an industrial building and two parcels of land totaling almost 10 acres. The business holds AISC certifications with qualifications to produce structural steel to many areas of the country.
