Established Outdoor Grill/Kitchen Cleaning business In Orlando For Sale

Overall, we are trying to preserve a lifestyle of entertainment. Most of the grills that we have worked on are built into an outdoor living area. My customers have invested a lot of time, money, and hard work into their outdoor kitchen. They appreciate a clean grill that works properly when they want to use it. Their outdoor living area may contain a kitchen, granite counters, appliances, furniture, a hot tub, and a pool. Most clients are referrals from other customers, builders, kitchen builders, pool companies, appliance stores, outdoor living stores, and fireplace companies that the seller has built relationships with and has also established relationships with equipment distributors that supply parts, new grills, and cleaning supplies. Currently, there is one assistant employee. We work Monday through Friday. With vacation and holidays, we typically work approximately 48 weeks per year. One week could consist of 7 to 10 cleanings per week and a couple of repairs. This grill cleaning business has worked with over 2500 clients during the last 14 years. Many of them have become regular clients who like to have their grills cleaned at intervals of 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 months. From October 2023 until March 2024, 72% of the jobs (116 out of 162) we did were repeat client work. We work with some apartment complexes and condominiums. Most clients are single-family residential.
