They recently had their survey with Joint Commission on sight last June 2021.The agency has passed the 36 months rule provision with a healthy census of 50 Medicare insured patients (that will remain with the agency).
Lease. The current lease is at $3,354 per month for 1000 square feet. The Landlord is willing to reassign/assign a new lease for the possible buyer.
Software: The current software is Axxess.
Motivation: The seller is planning to retire this year.
Contracts: They have Medical/Shift Care Contract.
Three Year Gross Earnings: $ 1,086,485, $1,194,496 and $1,343,241.
Billings: This agency is clean with no ADRs or the like. It would be encouraged for the buyer as a part of their due diligence to bring in a biller to check the DDE screen to confirm the billing status.
All Furniture, Fixture and Equipment (FFE) stay with the possible buyer.

An LOI will also be limited into its exclusivity period and a limited LOI due diligence will be available in the seller’s office for review. Once you enter into a purchase agreement/formal escrow with earnest money deposited, the seller will completely open their confidential files for a complete due diligence.
