In 2017 we acquired a “millwright-production” facility in Abingdon, VA about an hours drive. This 5000’ facility operates at less than 20% of capacity and offers tremendous growth with regards to volume & diversified product offerings. This facility is rented with more space available.
Our location in Johnson City, TN serves as our warehousing for the impressive inventory of reclaimed and sawmill lumber, circa 1800 logs, beams, barn-tin and architectural salvage. Currently, all inventories are received, pre-finished & shipped from Johnson City. This property is the original Harris Flooring plant founded at the turn of the century; the “bones” are still intact for a world-class production facility.
