We have years of customer names, and address and emails. Our customer base is large and loyal. People return to buy upgrades that they bought from us 10 and 20 years ago.
We have home theater systems set up with living room type settings. See the photos. Customers sit on real sofas to enjoy music and movies in living room type settings. We save all demo boxes as shown in photo of our warehouse upstairs, which landlord says we will be able to add space shortly . Most equipment is hooked up and on display for listening and viewing TVs. We don't use racks and switch boxes to demo systems.
