It produces commercials, branded content, documentaries, training/sales films and social media for advertising agencies, entertainment/media clients, Fortune 100 companies and notable non-profits. Founded as a design and illustration studio, those disciplines continue to inform its storytelling.
In addition to the base price, a buyer will be expected to pay an earnout to the Seller to be negotiated based upon future performance.
