A Stable, Long-Established Vending Company
This well-established vending business serves business locations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex from its North Dallas base. The current owners founded the company in 2002 and have operated it continuously for more than 20 years. They are now retiring, creating an opportunity for a new owner to step into a proven, cash-generating route.
The business includes 183 machines: 82 drink machines (including 12 glass-front units), 81 snack machines, 17 combo machines offering drinks, snacks and food, and 3 frozen machines, plus a 2013 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter cargo van. All accounts are within approximately a 40-mile radius, keeping drive time and fuel costs manageable.
Customer loyalty is a defining strength. The average account has been served for about 12 years, and several for more than 20 years. The owner recently consolidated accounts to make the route more efficient. The company stands apart by custom-stocking each machine to the location it serves and by providing consistently responsive service, including instant refunds via Zelle and Venmo.
Sales grew from $272,815 in 2023 to $347,423 in 2024 and $389,387 in 2025. Based on the January–July 2026 P&L, 2026 sales are projected at approximately $371,003. About 80% of sales are paid by credit card.
The business is simple to operate with low overhead. Products are sourced from Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, Vistar, Coca-Cola and Pepsi; inventory and equipment are kept in month-to-month storage units; and the owner runs the route with one part-time summer helper.
Built-In Growth: Approximately 50 additional machines (25 snack, 25 drink) are on hand and ready to place with no additional equipment investment. The owner estimates placing them could increase sales by about 25%.
The sale price includes approximately $10,000 in inventory. The owner will provide 2–4 weeks of free onsite training and up to 4 months of free phone consultation.
