Founded in 2010 with the goal of producing a quality and affordable craft vodka, this family-owned and operated business is predominately a craft distiller/spirits manufacturer. They directly distribute/wholesale their own brands in NJ/NY, while also acting as solely a distributor of wines in NY state.
Currently, the firm’s revenue mix is approximately 90% from wholly owned brand sales, and 10% wholesale/distribution of wines. From a distribution perspective, 80% of wholesale is to stores (off-premise), with 20% of distribution to bars/restaurants (on premise). All sales are wholesale to liquor stores, bars or restaurants throughout NY and NJ.
The new owner/buyer needs to be located in NY state, a US citizen, with a clear record from an FBI background check perspective. The current owner is the General Manager of the business, typically working 9am-1pm. He will need to be replaced post-transition.
