I’m selling a portfolio of ecommerce stores across 2 marketplaces with the ability to expand to more. Both stores are run using a unique strategy called 2 step Wholesale.
2023 Store Stats:
Sales: $525,000
Profit: $96,234
The way 2 step Wholesale works is we'll order the products from our suppliers (only once the order has been received so there is no downside risk to holding onto inventory for extended periods of time) and we first ship the inventory to one of our prep centers where we unpack the order and repack it in a new box (and then ship it to client from there).
We also have agreements and contracts set in place with our suppliers where we have net 60 terms with regards to payments and returns of products.
Now obviously in order for this to work you need to find products that have high enough margins to cover the repack and ship fees. And over the last 3 years I now have 100’s of products that meet that requirement and my team (who will be working for you) is constantly finding new products.
This business already has pre-negotiated rates with the prep and pack company so if you decide to acquire this store you won’t need to find another company.
Here is a quick breakdown of what you get...
* An Amazon store & Walmart store
* A trained team of virtual assistants that only work for this brand
* A list of over 500+ products that meet this tight criteria
* An automated 3pl prep and pack company that’s already integrated the company and team
Reason for my wife and I stepping away from this business: The wife wants to start her very own salon and the funds of this purchase will go towards achieving that dream for her.
