As distributors for multiple fabric and hardware suppliers with 5 different custom workroom partnerships, we have been designing, fabricating and installing beautiful, custom, high-quality soft treatment work both commercially and residentially since our inception.
We have been profitable since our first year of business and 2023 is looking to bring us close to 1.75 million in sales at the current rate, following a 2022 close with 1.5+ million in sales.
We maintain a Database of all past and current clients that details contact info, projects sold, and all repairs performed over the years. Our marketing contact list in Constant Contact includes 1800+ subscribed clients.
Approximately 65% of our business has historically been repeat and referral. All business management and accounting procedures are currently run in-house. We use a marketing company to create graphics and facilitate the use of co-op money for advertising.
