The origin of the franchised restaurant brand itself dates back to the 1920s, and current owners purchase some of their supplies from the franchisor. The current owner has grown it to more than $1 million in revenue and has been running it with four other family members supporting as per their schedule, four cooks, and 12 part-time service staff.
