The bar serves up a lively and unique atmosphere in the heart of Houston, Texas. The establishment is comprised of almost 2,500 square feet of indoor space with an occupancy of 70. Additionally, a substantial bar is operated out of the parking lot where there have been hundreds of party goers.
For more than 15 years, this bar has serviced the community and has grown into the go-to location. Known for their reasonable prices and lively scene, they garner a high loyalty and return many of their same guest’s day in and day out. Open every day until 2am and with a mix of 95% liquor and 5% beer sales, the margins are quite healthy! After many years of owning his passion, the founder must retire due to significant health reasons. Although he has been very hands on in the past, his current duties have been limited to bookkeeping and some HR oversight.
